Extra Taekwondo training.

its a continue from my previous post.. but im getting soo lazy to blog.. haiz..

well.. after da driving lesson.. i had to wait for mum.. she came 15 mins after im done.. which was 4.15pm adi.. while in da car.. i got a call from kakfoong.. asking me where i am n he told me to get ready cos hes gonna come to my house at 4.45pm.. it was like 4.30pm when i got home.. well i was stinking.. tired too.. due to da morning n afternoon activites.. so i jus changed.. had no sports shorts.. i wore a beach shorts... swt mou.. n got my face washed.. grabbed a mandarin orange.. some indian cookies... n off i went.. when i was ready.. kakfoong was jus there.. jus in time.. so i jus went on my slippers.. took da bag.. with da shoe on hand.. n went into da car.. n off we went.. to stadium..

arrival... some ppl were already there.. go on my shoes.. den started warming up.. n ran on da track.. n duh.. 2nd lap only.. my leg start to show signs of cramp.. i had to slow adi.. really slow.. not walking.. i see sam tet n amc athletes training.. all da runner n sprinters from da school.. tats how they train.. every week in da stadium.. saw some old frenz too.. who used to be in da athlete team.. n hes training too.. lol.. talked to him for a while n he said hes free.. so he came.. haha..

so i jogged like 7 laps.. n stopped.. some late comers.. were still jogging.. after resting for a while... we were asked to do exercise.. beauty therapy is wad we normally call.. everything is done in 10.. push-ups.. various types.. sit-ups.. backarch.. double leg squat run.. single leg.. kangaroo jump, bumpy.. i skipped double leg squat run.. my legs couldnt hold.. haiz.. first time coming.. sooo unfit.. at last... ended with lunges.. 50.. n i skipped about 15.. haiz..... soo unfit...

after all thsoe exercise.. time for... aikz.. forgot wad name its called.. running back n forth.. 4 times.. n 5 sets.. da run was jus 15metres... n our time were taken.. ran in 2 groups.. well.. after 5 sets.. its sprinting time.. went to da middle of da field.. placed bottles as lines.. 60 metres.. roughly lar.. took off my shoes.. barefeet.. 2 groups.. sprint.. 5 or 6 sets.. well.. always.. sprinting has been my fav.. n im kind fast too.. mostly i lead da ppl.. haha..really love tis session.. lol.. went all out.. haha.. n when it was done.. i see some amc gals.. looking at me.. haha.. wonder wad was on their mind.. lol..

so after all da sprinting n exercising.. we went into da hall where da taekwondo class was on.. we were to train skills.. while walking in.. leg dont feel good adi.. when i put my stuffs down.. oh it started.. cramp.. slight cramp.. aiseh.. but i still can walk.. walking up there.. listening wad da senior told us to do.. ah.. tried to kick.. one kick.. blek.. cramp.. haiz... got down.. n asked ppl to help out.. i know how to deal with cramps.. well.. its done adi.. but i know tat i cant do anymore... if i kick.. i'll cramp again.. haiz.. result of over vigorous training earlier.. so all i could do was jus to sit aside n watch them training.. quite long too.. around 30 mins i guess.. haiz.. seeing them sparring.. kicking.. zzz.. im so weak lar.. like tat jou cramp.. my leg let me down.. not myself..

when they're done.. i joined them for cooling down.. well my body was already cooled tat time..
n after tat.. it ended.. tats all for da day.. went out to da field to wait for da car to come.. saw those athletes training.. running.. admiring.. hahaa.. n da car came.. n off i went...

n well.. da next day.. my body was gone.. haha.. strains all over.. pain... haiz.. but i do like it.. haha.. looking forward for da next session..
