my valentines..

haha.. so i dont rmb wad i did in da morning.. lol... so i'll skip to da evening n night..

ahh.. i rmb adi... lol.. all day long i was trying to play games in my old comp.. n well ended up playing GUNBOUND in my mum's laptop.. lol

den later evening i took a short nap.. n got to stadium for training..

well again.. running da track.. well tis time i didnt cramp.. hahha.. i finished.. 7 or 8 laps..
well den.. shuttle run.. lol.. i skipped.. cos i was running on da track still.. lol.. later on.. side stepping.. had some cones in da straight line.. side step thru da cones... lol.. it looks like a football training..

hehe.. den come my fav.. sprinting.. tis time i think its 80metres.. lol.. i sprained my upper thigh.. not so serious.. but kinda slowed me.. well my sprain wasnt as bad as kakfoong.. who totally had prob in supporting.. lol.. but he recovered very fast.. haha..

so.. i was still okay.. not very tired still.. as usual.. went into da hall.. n trained.. tis time no skills or sparring.. jus exercise.. air bag kicking.. power kicks.. n from wad i get.. im very slow adi.. slow.. my legs are heavy.. huh..

well.. it ended quite kick.. not a tiring training.. n my leg treated me well.. lol.. so i got home n took my bathe.. n ate my dinner.. kinda heavy.. cos i was starving.. lol..

ahh.. da journey back home.. kakfoong and hellen was there.. kakfoong suggested going out.. valentines.. lol.. n he told me to get someone to accompany.. as a mate for tat night.. lol.. well.. 2 ran into my mind.. but 1.. i suppose parents wont let.. another one.. haha rejected cos of certain things lar.. haha.. so i ended up single for da night.. lol

well.. at 9 sumthing kakfoong came to my hse to get me.. so 3 of us went to jusco.. n omg.. manyak kereta.. cars.. everywhere.. jam.. n we had to get to da roof top.. we rounded for like 10 mins only got our parking.... haha.. so we planned for a late night movie.. haha.. but.. all FULL.. every movie.. lol.. bad day to come out.. valentines.. haha.. so wad we did.. we kinda walked around jusco.. meet some frenz.. hellen did some sand ''drawing''... kakfoong was ''socialising'' with gals.. n i got pulled into da water too.. zz.. n he bought a valentines bear.. said give me.. as thou annoucing we're gay.. eek..

n saw quite some frenz... lol.. so.. we left when jusco was about to close.. lotsa cars left too.. so we went to greentown YEOLDE ENGLISH to eat.. wah.. burning a hole in my pocket.. haiz.. fish n chip and a green apple juice.. 10.99 and 2.60... haiz.. cham.. well.. da quantity of da food certainly decreased.. quality.. so so ler.. lol.. n da waitress somebody i know.. lol.. name only.. hahhaa..

hmm.. it was around 12.15am when we're finished.. den we got back to silbin.. cyber cafe.. lol.. i kinda got addicted to Dota again.. haiz.. so when i went in.. saw durian coming out adi.. lol.. so.. jus went in.. n played.. Dota of course.. it was a good game.. i kinda owned.. hahhaa.. happy n proud moments.. i am my true self when i play game.. haha.. hope no gals see tat.. lol..

mm.. it was around 2.15am when we're finished.. so i got home.. took my bath.. but felt tired so din online... slumber..
